The Snowprint Creators Guild
Have you ever seen fan artists, cosplayers, streamers, and video creators getting official support from their favorite game developers, and wondered how they got started? Sorry. We have absolutely no idea how they got started.
We can tell you how to get started with us!
What can I expect from you as an official member of the Creators Guild?
We appreciate our players very much, and we’d like to grow together. You can expect:
- Promotion of your content on our socials
- Advance notice on upcoming patch notes
- Support for your own promotions and giveaways
- For established members of the program, we can offer help creating your content. For example: Want to make a tutorial, but you need in-game currency or a specific item? Pitch us your plan and let’s see what we can do.
Membership requirements
Before you apply to be a member of the Snowprint Creators Guild, follow the threes:
- Have you been streaming/creating videos/making art for at least three (3) consecutive months? It doesn’t need to be three months of Snowprint, but we’re looking for people who have some staying power!
- Have you racked up at least thirty (30) subscribers/followers?
- Do you update your channel/page at least three times a week (OR once a week with something that is thirty minutes long)?
If the answer to those three questions is yes across the board, and you’ve got some content related to our games in the mix, hit us up!
Two other notes:
- If you would like to join our private Discord, you’ll need to be at least 18 years old in order to sign the NDA. You do not need to be 18 in order to be an official Guild member.
- You’ll need to be able to speak English well enough to communicate with us. That doesn’t mean you have to stream or write in English — quite the opposite, we want a global network of creators! But regrettably, your community team only speaks English at this time.
Once you have your channel or your stream established, head to this Google form to sign up:
What do I have to do once I’m official?
Mainly, you have to keep being amazing and maintain the content schedule that made you qualify for the program in the first place. But specifically:
- You’ll need to be transparent with your fans and followers, and label your content at the beginning of the text/description/tag cloud with any of these hashtags: #SnowprintPartner #CreatorsGuild #OfficialSnowprintCreator #sponsored [if we’re providing prizes or in-game support for your content]
- You must have a game account in good standing, with no violations for conduct or cheating.
- Any content on your site/channel/page that is intended for adult audiences needs to be tagged and filtered so a casual visitor doesn’t see it. If you swear in videos or streams or other live content, you’ll need to warn viewers up front to give them a chance to leave before you get rolling.
- You’ll need to follow the golden rule of our forums and channels: Don’t Be a Jerk. (Ratatosk/Snowprint are the final arbiters.) Mostly, that means you don’t make fun of people for things they cannot help. We don’t discriminate against people for race, color, gender, sexuality, national origin, disability, location, accent, or anything like that — and neither do our Creators.
- Share your content with us so we can promote you!
We’re looking forward to hearing from you!
